Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. (ESV)

Jesus, you are source of all life and we will stay connected to you so that we will bear the fruit of your Spirit. Amen

Jesus said: Go and tell John what you have seen and heard: the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, the poor have good news preached to them. (ESV)

Jesus, you are the Son of God who came and demonstrated your love for those in need. Because of your love, we can also rejoice at the good news of your salvation. Amen

O Lord, who shall sojourn in your tent? Who shall dwell on your holy hill? He who walks blamelessly and does what is right and speaks truth in his heart. (ESV)

God, you look only at the heart, so help us to have hearts that are true so that we can walk with you and dwell with you always. Amen

For through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father.  So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone (ESV)

Father, we are so thankful that you call us sons and daughters and that we have an inheritance in heaven through the work of your Holy Spirit and your son Jesus Christ. Amen

So put away all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander. Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation— if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is good. (ESV)

Lord Jesus, help us to leave behind anything that is not from you and give us the faith to seek the spiritual nourishment that only you provide. Amen

There is none holy like the Lord: for there is none besides you; there is no rock like our God. (ESV)

You are the true God, for only you are holy.
