I will greatly rejoice in the Lord; my soul shall exult in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation;  he has covered me with the robe of righteousness (ESV)

God, you have given us salvation through your son Jesus and you have covered our sins with his righteousness. You are the Almighty and we rejoice greatly in you! Amen

And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone (ESV)

Jesus, we know that our salvation does not come from doing good but our doing good comes from our salvation. Amen

Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life. (ESV)

Lord, help us to keep our hearts fixed on you so that your love will flow through us to everyone that you have placed in our lives. Amen

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. (ESV)

True joy and peace come only from you Jesus. Fill us with your Holy Spirit today so that we will have your everlasting hope. Amen

I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love (ESV)

Jesus, you have called us to walk with you, so help us to be loving and patient with each other so the world will know who you are. Amen

I have not hidden your deliverance within my heart;  I have spoken of your faithfulness and your salvation; I have not concealed your steadfast love and your faithfulness from the great congregation. (ESV)

God, you have delivered us and we will tell of your faithfulness and love, we will speak of your salvation! Amen
