A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you (ESV)

Jesus, we will obey your command to love each other because of your great love for us. Amen

For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. (ESV)

God, help us to shine your light in this world until the day when everyone knows your glory. Amen

Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. (ESV)

Jesus, help us to build our lives on the solid ground of your word. Amen

Glory in his holy name, let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice! Seek the Lord and his strength, seek his presence continually!

Lord, our strength is found in your presence, so we will draw near to you and glorify your name. Amen

may the God of peace equip you with everything good, that you may do his will, working in us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen. (ESV)

Lord, equip us to do your will so that everything we do is for your glory. Amen

Jesus answered him, Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God. (ESV)

Lord, thank you for your precious gift of salvation and the new life that you have given us. Amen
